Return Conditions
To return a product purchased on www.iblacollection.it , you have up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. This period also includes the days it takes for the package to arrive at our returns center. By clicking the link below, you can download the form and follow the return procedure.
1. Delivery of Goods and Acceptance
Shipping is handled by Ibla Collection Srls (hereinafter "Ibla Collection"), owner of the website www.iblacollection.it , and begins when you receive the order confirmation email (sent only after payment has been verified). Delivery times vary as follows:
- Italy : usually within 2 working days.
- European Union : usually within 7 working days.
- Non-EU countries : usually within 10 working days.
Ibla Collection undertakes to respect the indicated times, which may be confirmed at the time of shipment, but in any case no later than 30 working days.
If the product is unavailable or out of stock, Ibla Collection will promptly notify the customer and provide a full refund of the amount already paid.
If the package is clearly damaged upon delivery, we invite you to refuse the goods or accept them "with reservation" from the courier.
2. Shipping Costs, Taxes and Duties
The product price already includes standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable), and any indirect taxes. Shipping costs, however, are calculated separately and communicated before order confirmation.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the price indicated in the order includes all indirect taxes but excludes any customs duties or other taxes that may apply in the destination country. These costs will be borne by the customer, who is responsible for checking with the relevant authorities for any applicable duties or taxes.
The customer will not be able to request cancellation of the order due to unawareness of these additional costs.
3. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 15 calendar days of receiving the product. If you purchased multiple items in a single order, you have up to 15 days from delivery of the last product to return it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the products to the following address:

Inside the package, you will need to include a sheet of paper with the following information: name and surname, order number, reason for the return, and, if you paid cash on delivery, the IBAN for the refund.
Important Note:
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the value of the returned products will be refunded .
The consumer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with the return, except in the case where the product was received damaged, in which case the return costs will be borne by Ibla Collection.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and complete with all accessories, tags, original packaging, and warranty certificates, if applicable. If the returned product is damaged, worn, or incomplete, Ibla Collection reserves the right not to issue a refund.
In the event of a compliant return, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, subject to inspection of the goods. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase (PayPal, credit card), or via bank transfer (for cash on delivery), unless the customer requests otherwise (e.g., refund via discount code).
All shipping costs (including those for returning the package to ibla srls) are non-refundable; only the value of the items will be refunded.
4. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized or made to measure, as established by Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), purchased with discount codes or automatic cart discounts.
