Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed before 12:00 noon, or the following working day if placed after that time or if one of the products is unavailable in stock.

Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification from the courier with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor and manage the status of your shipment independently.

ROME AND PROVINCE: 1-5 working days

• It is the consumer's obligation to be present at the time of delivery.

• The courier is not authorized to give change and the customer must provide the exact amount in cash (unless the customer is offered the option of paying by credit card).

• The courier may make 2 attempts, after which the product will be stored at the nearest branch.
